You will be granted your certificate automatically on completion of the module. Your certificate can always be accessed from your My Courses page.
First Responders may encounter difficulties successfully completing the course and receiving their Certificate of Completion, because their course does not register as ‘Complete.’ A Certificate of Completion Order Form may be submitted and course certification will be emailed to those First Responders experiencing completion impediments.
Many Emergency Services workplaces have very strict firewall and security software running on their networks, which may restrict certain course functionality required for the course to complete and register properly. Due to these firewall restrictions, First Responders may not receive their Certificate of Completion. In this case, First Responders are asked to submit a Certificate of Completion Order Form. Course certification will then be emailed to those First Responders.
